SUMMARY:
Butch Smith is ready to proceed with the purchase of approximately 9 acres on Wyatt Court. The City Attorney will have a draft sales contract to present to Council prior to the meeting. They are no longer requesting a credit for jobs created. The advertisement for the sale was published in April.
