SUMMARY: Emergency purchase for a new police vehicle that was totaled from a not at fault traffic crash.  Total cost of replacement $31,000.00 for vehicle, and necessary accessories required to be a complete functioning police vehicle.  Most, if not all, costs should be recouped from insurance.  A budget amendment is requested.  This is on state bid from Ford of Murfreesboro.
