Approval of contract with South Cumberland Utility District for the transfer of water lines

SUMMARY:
At the October Council meeting, approval was given for the transfer of some waterlines from South Cumberland Utility District. This transfer will add 40 new customers for the City and provide a redundancy of water for Homestead residential customers. The City Attorney has prepared a contract to formalize the transfer.
