SUMMARY:
Dr. Mark Hendrickson, representing FOCCAS (Focus on Cumberland County Animal Shelter), updated the Council on their efforts to build a new animal shelter for the County. He requested 3-5 acres adjacent to the dog park. Council also discussed allowing for more time to plan and fund a new facility.
