SUMMARY:
The City embarked on a new program to clean-up serious code problems throughout the City. With the addition of a new staff person, this program is working through a large number of cases. There are now a number of properties that have completed the process and the City Attorney needs direction from the Council on the next steps to be taken. City Attorney Ridley will review a few specific cases that now need Council direction.
