Approval of disbursements for Three Star Grant

SUMMARY: The City of Crossville applied for the Three Star Grant on behalf of the Joint Economic Community Development Board and JECDB awarded the grant to Cumberland County Rising (CCR), an anti-drug coalition. CCR is requesting to receive $10,000 from the City and then let the City be reimbursed from the State of Tennessee. The grant is payable only when expenses have been incurred and due to cash flow issues, CCR is unable to utilize the funds.
