c) 2016 Volunteer Firefighter of the Year - Patrick South is recognized for 2016. He responded to a total of 159 emergencies during the year. Patrick is a Firefighter Paramedic who started as a Fire Explorer at age 14 and transitioned to a volunteer status three years ago. This is the 3rd year in a row he has received the recognition.
