Discussion and possible action on retiree rehires

SUMMARY:
It is the recommendation of the Human Resources office that a policy be adapted that illustrates the conditions of a rehire of an employee that has retired from the City of Crossville.
MTAS conducted a survey in regard to the reinstatement of a retired employee. Of the 14 cities that responded, only 2 will rehire a retired employee back in a full-time capacity.
A recommendation from the City Manager is attached.
