Resolution regarding Tennessee Broadband Accessibility Act

SUMMARY:
A bill has been proposed by Governor Haslam to the Tennessee General Assembly that would provide grants and tax credits to encourage deployment of broadband to previously unserved areas and give non-profit electric cooperatives authorization to provide broadband throughout their territories. A resolution supporting this Act is provided.
