Discussion and action on contract with Crossville Shooting Sports Park, Inc.

SUMMARY:
Following the work session, a demonstration shoot was held on the proposed property on Saturday, April 1 (report from Chief Beaty attached).Mayor Mayberry will lead a discussion on the new information that has been received on the proposed shooting sports park and grant.
A new contract is being prepared by the City Attorney and will be circulated as soon as it is available. As part of the revisions, a 13-acre area of the property being conveyed will be restricted to provide an additional buffer. This area will be restricted to only archery and air powered shooting or training activities.
