SUMMARY:
Tim Wilson and Jim Mitchell have requested the annexation of two tracts next to The Gardens. The Planning Commission has met and reviewed the Plan of Services and recommended approval. Once the property is annexed, a plat will be filed with the Planning Commission for approval.
