SUMMARY:
William Douglas and Christopher Hughes have requested approval to connect their property on Cox Ave to City sewer at outside-City rates. Their septic system is not functioning and the State will not allow them to repair it since sewer is available to the property. The property is adjacent to the City limits, but they prefer not to be annexed at this time.
