SUMMARY: It is recommended that the services of Government Window be secured for online bill payment for water bills, taxes and court citations. There is no charge from Government Window, however, there will be a start-up fee from our current financial software vendor (Incode) to allow integration and real-time updates to Government Window. Government Window will pay $2,625 of the $8,800 leaving our portion at $6,175. After the first year, there will be a $2,200 annual maintenance fee.
Government Window proposes a 6% convenience fee for traffic ticket payments and a 4% fee for utility payments to be paid by the customer.
