Ordinance amending the FY2016-17 budget for Cox Ave. acquisition costs

SUMMARY:

Cox Ave. is located to the north of CoLinx and was widened through an Industrial Access grant administered by TDOT to accommodate the needs of CoLinx.  All the properties involved signed Right of Entry forms to allow the construction to take place. 

Staff has proceeded with closure on all properties.  The budget amendment has been revised to $44,183 to cover the final cost.
