Ordinance amending §14-705 of the Crossville Municipal Code pertaining to tree removal

SUMMARY:

The Tree Board and City Arborist request that the Crossville Municipal Code be amended regarding tree removal to further define dead or dying trees and the need to have them removed in a timely manner when they create a hazard.  The current ordinance does not allow the City to compel their removal.
