SUMMARY:
The attached change order is recommended for approval on the Myrtle Ave/Fourth Street sidewalk project with Lori Neal & Associates.
Major items included in the change order are additional pavement for driveway tie-ins, testing for the concrete as required by TDOT and additional stone quantities. Also included in the change order is a time extension of 90 days because of weather delays, additional work contained in this change order and the overhead utility relocation on Myrtle.
Barry Fields, the engineer for the project, will be at the meeting to answer questions.

NECESSARY COUNCIL ACTION: Approve the attached change order in the amount of $68,805 with a time extension of 90 days.
