This project has been talked about for some time, to recognize the men / women that have made a sufficient contribution to the Crossville Memorial Airport.
A Crab Orchard stone base is proposed to be built with a smooth top so names can be added. This can take place annually at the Airport Open House Fly In. Public Works can perform this work, material can be sourced locally. $2500.00 or less is estimated. Council can consider adding this to the budget for 2017-2018.
