SUMMARY:
One of the HVAC units at Fair Park Senior Center is no longer functioning and needs to be replaced. The cost is estimated at $12,000. Councilmember Wyatt is proposing that the City share the cost with Cumberland County.

NECESSARY COUNCIL ACTION: Approve payment of up to one-half of the cost for a new HVAC unit.
