SUMMARY:

A request has been received from Life Care Center for temporary street closures for their 4^th Annual Scarecrow Festival on October 14 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The City Manager recommends that pre-existing annual festivals be grandfathered from the new Temporary Street Closing policy.
