SUMMARY:

The ten-year contract with South Cumberland Utility District (SCUD) to purchase water from the City of Crossville expires on 12/31/17.  Their Board is meeting on August 31 and is expected to vote to submit a request for a 10-year renewal under the same terms as the current contract.
