Approval of Cotton Patch Division Phase II - Final Plat

SUMMARY: The developer is proposing a 2 lot final plat with the dedication of Right-of-Way for a new city street. The preliminary plat was submitted and approved by the Planning Commission at the April 2017 meeting. All water and sewer infrastructure was in place before submission of the preliminary plat. The developer constructed a new road and cul-de-sac, named Wyatt Loop. The new road is approximately 250 feet long. The new road has been inspected and approved by City Staff.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the plat and asks the Planning Commission to forward a recommendation to the City Council to adopt Wyatt Loop as an official City Street.
