SUMMARY: The developer is proposing a final plat consisting of 6 lots located at the corner of Wells Road and County Seat. The preliminary plat was submitted and approved by the Planning Commission at the August 2017 meeting. All infrastructure was in place prior to the submission of the preliminary plat.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the final plat.
