o Brown Division, a simple 1 lot subdivision along Frost Rd. The plat was recorded with the Register of Deeds on 9-8-17 as PB12 page 29. A copy is on file in the planning office.
o The Gardens Ph7 lots 23&25, a simple 1 lot subdivision joining two zero lots line lots into a single family style lot and increasing the building setback to protect some existing trees. The plat was recorded with the Register of Deeds on 9-8-17 as PB12 page 30. A copy is on file in the planning office.
o The Gardens Ph8 Lot 150, a resubdivison of one lot reducing the size of the lot by 15 feet to allow a wider access to a water feature on the “green space” adjacent to the lot. The plat was recorded with the Register of Deeds office as PB12 page 31. A copy is on file in the planning office.
