Discussion and action on grant application for K-9 replacement

SUMMARY:
The Stanton Foundation is a non-profit organization which designates canine welfare as one of its primary missions. They have a grant program to provide a grant of up to $10,000 to an agency that loses a K9 officer in the line of duty. The funds are to purchase a new K9 and a bulletproof vest for that K9.
Approval is requested to apply for funds in memory of K9 Cain.
