Approval of temporary street closings for Christmas Festival

SUMMARY:
Cumberland Fellowship is sponsoring a Christmas Festival on Friday, December 1, at their church located at 1640 West Ave. Due to limited parking, they have partnered with K-Mart to allow use of their parking lot during the festival, which will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. To address safety concerns, they request that a lane of West Ave. be closed between the K-Mart entrance and their office entrance.
Approval letters are attached from K-Mart and SavMart for the closures.
