* In House Plats (In Progress)
o Bolin Property, a lot line adjustment between two lots between Roland St. and HWY 127N. The plat has been submitted and is under review.
* In House Plats (Completed)
o Replat of Forest Hills, has been recorded with the Register of Deeds office as Plat Book 12 page 46.
o DeMarcus Plat, has been recorded with the Register of Deeds off as Plat Book 12 page 44.
o Bilske Division, has been recorded with the Register of Deeds office as Plat Book 12 page 43.
* Regular Plats (In Progress)
o Brittany Street Division, a simple two lot subdivision with a variance request. Staff has been in discussion with the surveyor for the plat, but to date the developer/owner has not brought the plat in for official submission.
o Resubdivision of lots along Deerfield Street, discussion with the surveyor has been had in regard to the plan of the developer to adjust lot lines of 4 lots. One of the lot line adjustments will require the moving of an existing water meter. Since it is a live waterline, City staff must move the meter. This does require the developer to pay the City for the meter to be moved. Once the fee has been paid, the plat will be submitted to the Planning Commission for approval.
* Regular Plats (Completed)
o Crossroads Villages Phase II Unit IV as approved by the Planning Commission at the Oct 19th Regular meeting has been recorded at the Register of Deeds office as Plat Book 12 page 45.
Copies of all recorded plats are on file in the Planning Office.
