Ordinance amending portions of Title 12 of the Crossville Municipal Code pertaining to building, utility, etc. codes

SUMMARY:
To bring the International Residential Code to the Code adopted by the State, Chapter 11 is being changed from the 2009 to the 2012 Code.
To bring the International Energy Conservation Code to the Code adopted by the State, the 2009 edition is being replaced with the 2012 edition.
These changes will be effective on July 1, 2018.
