SUMMARY: T.C.A. provides that the City of Crossville is entitled to make an appointment to the Board. Dave Surles has moved and is no longer eligible to serve on the Board. The chairman, Bill Hargis, is requesting that Mr. James Inman be appointed to serve until April 30, 2018, and Mr. Inman has agreed to serve. Mr. Inman lives in the City of Crossville.
