Title
Approval of Crossville Police Department road officers’ schedule
Body
SUMMARY: Attached is a proposed schedule having the patrol officers working 10 hour shifts as opposed to 12 hour shifts to help with coverage. This change would have all officers working an 80 hour pay period, currently road officers work an 86 hour pay period. This change would allow a 6 hour window where officers can work over before they are paid at an overtime rate. Officers’ annual salary would stay the same, but their hourly wages would change.
