SUMMARY: The developer is proposing phase 2 of this subdivision off County Garage Road. This plat consists of 39 lots, 2 fire hydrants, and approximately 1630 feet of roads, water, and sewer. Water and Sewer has been installed and inspected. They have both been approved pending a bac-T test, the results of which will be back before this meeting. The road has not been constructed and a financial guarantee is provided for the completion.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the plat and acceptance of the financial guarantee.
