SUMMARY:  The merchants in the Hwy. 70E and Stanley St. area are planning a festival for Friday, July 6, September 7, and November 2.  They request temporary street closings from: 3:30-8:00 p.m.

•                     E. Stanley St. from Main St. to Webb Ave.

•                     East Street from Stanley to E. 1^st St.

The block party will be from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. 

The Palace Theater has a show scheduled for July 6 at 7 p.m., and there is concern that parking will be an issue for the patrons attending the show.
