SUMMARY: Council previously approved (08/08/17) a three year lease on approximately 11 acres located in Interchange Business Park, (Tax Map 73, parcel 30.03) and a $5,000 per job credit incentive to be applied toward the purchase of the property for Project Colony. Approval of the final contracts for the sale of property is requested.
