Ordinance amending Crossville Municipal Code 11-603 regarding Shooting Galleries

SUMMARY: The current code states “no license shall be granted to any person other than a county resident for at least one year preceding the application and a qualified voter in Cumberland County”.  This has been brought to the attention of City staff by the new owner of the business formerly known as Dave’s Pawn Shop and request is being made to amend the code to allow out of county residents/voters to own and/or operate a shooting gallery.
