SUMMARY: These Elbeco Reflex Rip-Stop Police Uniforms are to be issued to Crossville Police Department officers. They are designed to have a longer service life, provide UV protection, water resistance and better fire protection. CMS Uniforms has our City bid for uniform purchases. The Administrative Captain has obtained a quote from CMS Uniforms for these uniforms. This uniform purchase was budgeted and approved in the 2018-2019 annual budget.
