Discussion on mobile home park trash pick up

SUMMARY: The City Manager recently noted that the Maranatha Mobile Home Park trash pick-up off Sparta Drive was being billed to the City of Crossville. Mr. Wood informed Waste Connections of Tennessee that the City would no longer be paying for the park’s pick-up as the latest contract defined mobile home parks as commercial units. Mr. Wood requested that the owner of the mobile home park be notified by Waste Connections of Tennessee. The owner of the park, Tom Baker, will be present to discuss the matter.
