SUMMARY: An application for a Solicitation Permit has been filed by CWC Music/Charles Cavender. The company is beginning its fundraising campaign to assist veterans. This entity is currently in the process of applying to become a 501(c)(3). On August 14, 2018 the City Council deferred action on this request until more information could be obtained. It has been confirmed that Mr. Cavender is raising money for Operation Stand Down, but has not been able to provide any documentation of his 501(c)(3) organization or financial documentation.
