SUMMARY: The L3 Mobile-Vision FlashbackHD is an in-car camera system needed for equipping four City Police patrol vehicles. Mobile-Vision L3 is a sole-source provider of this camera system which is currently in use throughout the Police Department patrol car fleet. Captain Brian Eckelson has obtained a quote from L3 Mobile-Vision, Inc. for these camera systems for $17,264. Chief Chris Kendrick has reviewed the quote and recommends purchasing the Cameras from L3 Mobile-Vision. This equipment purchase was budgeted and approved in the 2018-2019 annual budget as Capital Outlay.
