Approval of grant contract with TDOT for the construction of downtown pedestrian improvements

SUMMARY:

Federal funds are authorized for $1,624,564 with the City’s share of $324,912 (20%) for the construction of sidewalks along Main Street from Lantana Road to Neecham Street.  This project also includes ADA upgrades, retaining wall, pedestrian signalization and pavement markings.
