Approval of 2019 Alcohol Enforcement Grant contract

SUMMARY:
As announced at the September meeting, the City and its Police Department have been awarded an Alcohol Enforcement Grant in the amount of $20,000 by the Tennessee Department of Safety. This money will be used for overtime and materials for programs related to driving under the influence. There is no local match required.
