SUMMARY: Parks & Rec. recommends renewal of Concession Services Contract with Nick’s Italian Ice for the 2019 season, March 1, 2019 through November 30, 2019.  Section 2 of the existing contract allows for the renewal for up to 3 years with 2019 season being the 2^nd renewal of the contract.  The owners have proposed an amendment to the contract stating that they will pay the City $700 per year.  (March $50, April $100, May $100, June $100, July $100, August $100, September $100, October $50)
