Ordinance Amending FY18-19 Budget for repairs at Little Obed Pump Station

SUMMARY: The Little Obed Pump Station is in need of repairs to the pumps that are necessary for proper functioning of the station.  Due to the desperate need for these repairs, staff is requesting to consider this an emergency purchase and allow the pumps to be acquired and installed prior to final reading of the budget amendment.
