SUMMARY: W & O has satisfactorily completed all the work on the contract for Water Treatment Plant Improvements and close out is recommended by the engineers, J.R. Wauford & Co. As part of the close out process, approval of the final change order is required. The change order is for a time extension in November and does not affect the price of the contract.
