SUMMARY: The developer, Take It Easy, LLC, is requesting an extension by way of a new financial guarantee of an additional 12 months. This request is for the plat, Broadleaf at River Oaks - Resubdivision that was approved by the Planning Commission at the April 19, 2018 meeting and recorded as Plat Book 12 page 95. The original guarantee was a cashier’s check in the amount of $3,080.00. Since they are requesting an additional 12 months, the new amount must be for 10% more than the original. The developer provided a check to the City of Crossville in the amount of $308.00, to bring the total amount to $3,388.00.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends acceptance of the new financial guarantee.
