SUMMARY: TDOT has released the City to start acquiring the ROW. The first step of this process is creating the exhibits and the legal descriptions. Gresham Smith and Partners are the Engineers previously hired by the City to design the project and they have submitted the attached amendment to their contract for this work in the amount of $8,400.
