SUMMARY:  Dycho Chemical was awarded the bid for caustic 25% for fiscal year 2019-20 water treatment at the June 11 Council meeting based on the bid tab. However, Univar was actually the low bid for that item. Dycho’s bid was $0.9911/gallon, and Univar’s bid was $0.9270.
