SUMMARY:

A request has been received from Life Care Center for temporary street closures for their 6^th Annual Scarecrow Festival on October 12 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  They are also incorporating the Alzheimer’s TN Walk into the event.

The request is for Main Street to be closed down from East First St. to West Fifth St and Fourth Street from Main Street to Thurman.
