Ordinance amending §15-125 in the Crossville Municipal Code regarding Rules of the Road

SUMMARY: The Crossville Police Department is requesting to adopt the State Traffic Statute 55-3-102-Driving or moving unregistered vehicle upon highway a misdemeanor Exception.  This statute is necessary to enable the police department to cite into City court for suspended registrations.
