SUMMARY:  A quote was obtained from Transportation Control Systems (TCS) for a signal cabinet for the amount of $6,937.00.  TCS is the sole distributor for signal cabinets.  The Street Department supervisor reviewed the quote and recommends purchasing the cabinet.
