Approval of TDOT Grant Contract Amendment for Airport Layout Plan (ALP)

SUMMARY: The work to be performed by Atkins on the Airport Layout Plan (ALP) has been delayed because of the failure to receive bids on the obstruction clearing project. It has been estimated by TDOT and Atkins that the project is one year behind schedule.
TDOT recommends that the City request a one-year contract extension on the TDOT grant contract.
