SUMMARY: City Attorney Ridley has negotiated and approved an agreement with Bojangles/J & P Family LLC regarding the repair of a storm sewer collapse on the property where Bojangles is located. Attached is an agreement for the repair; the City Council previously approved an amount not to exceed $20,000.
